Warranty Policy – Lorièn Watches

All watches sold by Lorièn Watches are carefully inspected and tested before being offered for sale. As we specialize in vintage and pre-owned timepieces, normal signs of age and wear are to be expected.

Our warranty strictly covers the proper mechanical functioning of the movement.

Lorièn Watches guarantees that the movement will operate within reasonable tolerances appropriate for the specific caliber and age of the watch.

Warranty periods are as follows:

Rolex watches: 12 months warranty on the movement

All other brands: 3 months warranty on the movement

Unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

This warranty only covers defects in the functioning of the movement under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• water resistance or moisture damage

• damage caused by shock, dropping or improper handling

• wear and tear of straps, bracelets, crowns or pushers

• damage resulting from incorrect use or negligence

• damage caused by opening, servicing or repairing the watch by a third party

• cosmetic wear such as scratches, patina or aging of dial and hands

Vintage watches should not be considered water resistant. Even if a watch was originally rated for water resistance, this cannot be guaranteed due to age of seals and case components.

Opening the watch or servicing it through a third party will immediately void the warranty.

Any warranty claim must first be approved by Lorièn Watches. The watch must be returned to us for inspection before any repair decision is made.

Return Policy – Lorièn Watches

We want every client to be confident in their purchase. However, due to the nature of vintage watches and the volatility of the watch market, the following return policy applies.

Returns are accepted within 5 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• the watch must be in the exact same condition as delivered

• the watch must not have been opened or worn excessively

• all accessories, boxes and documents must be included

• Return shipping, insurance and any associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Original shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

• If a watch has been opened, modified or serviced by a third party, the right to return immediately expires.

• Refunds will be processed after the watch has been inspected and approved by Lorièn Watches.

• For international shipments, import duties, taxes or customs charges are non-refundable.

All prices are displayed in Euros and may be subject to change.

Quotations provided via our website are non-binding until confirmed by Lorien Watches in writing.

Watches remain property of Lorien Watches until full payment is received.
